Delivery & Shipping policy
1. International Shipping: As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), we have a network of distributors in various countries. Therefore, we do not sell directly to customers in these regions. Please refer to our list of authorized distributors for purchasing our products.
2. Shipping to regions where no distributor is available: For customers in such regions, we accept orders directly and ship through FedEx. Shipping cost and fulfillment will be informed to you by FedEx. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
3. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated automatically by FedEx based on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery Time: Shipping cost is calculated by FedEx and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors that are out of our control.
6. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
7. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
8. Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
9. Undeliverable packages: If the shipment is, for any reason, undeliverable and is ultimately returned to sender by the shipping company, the customer is responsible to bear the return shipping costs.
10. Responsibilities of the shipping company: For shipping partners in Vietnam, the shipping company is responsible for making timely deliveries and ensure the goods reach the recipient as is. In case of any loss of shipment or damage done to the product, the shipping company is full responsible and must compensate according to the product’s listed price on the invoice. VNM Simulation., JSC is not responsible for any issues caused by the shipping company. In case of force majeure i.e.: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, VNM Simulation., JSC will negotiate directly with the shipping company to share the losses.
